ZEC Semiflex
It is manufactured with a fiber support, 2.0 mm in thickness,
and it is featured by multiple layers of first-rate abrasive.
It is intended for being fitted on hand grinding machines with a
proper backing pad.
Therefore, its flexibility shall never be tested by hand in a cold condition.
Its flexibility allows to deaden vibrations, that normally occur with the use of grinding wheels, as a result of
which the operator's labour is reduced, while securing an optimum performance. To achieve the best efficiency
of the disc, just exert a slight pressure during working.
It has on its surface holes preventing the work piece from overheating, while, at the same time, allowing the
ejection of scraps.
It complies with the safety requirements according to the European Standard EN 13743.
